Unsure as NetBSD isn't installed yet on this NEC Mobile Pro 800.
>Description:
I am booting the sysinst version of the NetBSD-9.3 kernel using hpcmips.exe. After progressing fine for awhile, hpcboot throws up an unnecessary Information panel. The problem is that while the information is unnecessary, it halts the boot process until the user has acknowledged it by clicking "OK".

Since booting is not very swift, it would be better if the user could just ignore the message and have the boot process continue on its own. Or, even better, the Information message should not pop up a new panel at all. It can either display inside the hpcmips.exe main window or simply not show that superfluous Info message at all.
>How-To-Repeat:
Happens every time I boot the sysinst version of the kernel.

 What information panel?

Have you looked at the Options tab of hpcboot? ("Pause Before Boot",
 "Load Debug Info", etc).
