...and now it's hung.

Try to install NetBSD/sun2 into a 4MB system.

 Maybe maximum 7MB is mandatory nowadays.

 On TME you can use 7MB with the following line in config file:
 >> ram0 at obmem0 addr 0x0: tme/host/posix/memory ram 7MB

 (note VA space is only 16MB on sun2)
