The `pcictl dump' command shows the address of each BAR, but not the size of each BAR.

It should print the size too.

Yes, please!

The kernel may have to determine this on userland's behalf, because it involves writing to the BAR to find which bits of the address are write-ignore/read-as-zero and which bits are mutable.
