The 10.0_RC6 VAX INSTALL document, at least the .more version,
	says (lines 234 through 236)

Except for the pkgsrc set, which is traditionally unpacked
into /usr/pkgsrc, all sets may be unpacked into /usr/src
     with the command:

As far as I can tell, there is no pkgsrc set in the
	distribution. The NetBSD-10.0_RC6/source/sets/ directory on
ftp.n.o doesn't have one, at the very least.
>How-To-Repeat:
Read the VAX INSTALL.more. (Since I suspect they're built from
a common source, I haven't bothered checking other forms of it
or other arches' INSTALL.* files; I suspect this is common to
them all.) Notice the reference to a pkgsrc set. Notice it
isn't in the preceding list of source sets. Look for it
alongside the other source sets. Fail. If you're a naïve
	user, likely get confused.
>Fix:
I'm not sure, since I don't use pkgsrc myself. Guessing based
on other references to it in INSTALL.more, I'd suggest
replacing the above with something more like

Except for pkgsrc, which is not strictly one of the
distribution sets and, when installed, is installed
differently (see below), all the sets....

This refers to the pkgsrc.tgz archive that the installer optionally
can download post-installation (in the "configure your machine" part).
It is neither a real "set" nor part of the NetBSD release, but comes from
the latest quaterly pkgsrc branch. It is (by default) fetched from:

 	https://cdn.NetBSD.org/pub/pkgsrc/stable/pkgsrc.tgz

Not sure how to describe this clearly in the context you quoted.

I don't see any any need to describe it fully.

One option is to decide that there's no need to mention it there, to
delete that part entirely: just replace everything from "Except"
 through "pkgsrc, a" with "A".

Another option is the one I suggested in the PR: to mention it, but
call it out as an exception and refer to the other descriptions of it
 further down the file.

There are doubtless other options as well. I just suspect the existing
wording may be confusing, especially to new users - even I was
confused briefly. ("What, there's now a pkgsrc set? No, it's not in
the list above, and it's not in source/sets. What's going on?")
