Responsible-Changed-Why:
This PR is the responsibility of the NetBSD Package System Manager,
not the GNATS database administrator.

I do not get the error described here. Please try

State-Changed-Why:
Actually, the problem is still there on at least -current/macppc (1.5S).
It seems to be some problem with setting the line discipline, but I
haven't gotten to the bottom of it yet -- some preliminary patches
are available on request.

State-Changed-When: Thu Nov 22 06:12:30 PST 2001
State-Changed-Why:
I don't see this problem any more under NetBSD 1.5.2. Could you please check
if it is fixed for you, too?
State-Changed-From-To: feedback->closed
State-Changed-By: tron
State-Changed-When: Thu Nov 22 06:39:55 PST 2001
State-Changed-Why:
"xxgdb" now uses termios(4) instead of old BSD 4.3 I/O controls which makes
it work on kernels without "COMPAT_43".
