Version: NetBSD-ftp 20000615

>Description:

When connected to two hosts using the "proxy" command, if you issue
"proxy reget filename" FTP attempts to locate local file for resuming. This
is incorrect, it should issue "SIZE filename", "REST <x>" to site-1 and "APPE"
to site-2. (or REST <x> to site-2 as well).

Additionally (if you can be bothered) when using "proxy get/mget" and one
of the sites disconnect (401) the other will be as well, which is annoying
as you have to then relogin to both. :)

Sorry to land this on you Luke :)

>How-To-Repeat:
        "proxy reget filename"

>Fix:
You can manually issue "REST <x>" "proxy REST <x>" "proxy get filename".
