1) The list of supported keymap encodings in wsconsctl() man page
is missing some of the supported encodings.

2) There is no Finnish keymap. The SV encoding seems to work OK,
so the FI encoding could be simply copied from that.

 My apologies, missed the first part of the bug report.

 I think this has been resolved years ago. Namely:

   1. There is a Finnish keymap now.

   2. It is mentioned in wsconsctl(8).

   3. It can be chosen already in the installer.
