	Because the kernel has zlib code in it anyways, why the kernel
	cannot write the dump file in compressed format to the swap.
	This way you could get working dumps even when your first swap
	partition is smaller than the amount of memory you have.

State-Changed-Why:
The crash dump code path generally needs to use as little from the kernel
as possible, since it's unknown which resources as corrupted. So there would
be some reluctance to add this.
That said, if you contribute code for this feature, it can be considered.
