Stop.
nbmake: stopped in /u1/ben/netbsd/src/etc

The problem is that etc/etc.atari/Makefile.inc puts GENERIC in
KERNEL_SETS, but there's no config file for it.  I don't know which one
should be fixed, hence this PR.
