Installation with a sysinst Installation Kernel fails in newfs if the system doesn't have an FPU.  The installation on the same system with an FPU installed succeeds.  This may be related to PR 13098.
>How-To-Repeat:
Attempt installation on a system without an FPU.  Failures have been reported on:

Duo230 (68030, no fpu)
PowerBook520 (68LC040)
PowerBook165 (68030, no fpu)
LC475 (68LC040)
LCIII+ (68030, no fpu)

Closing this as I can confirm due to changes in FPU_EMLATE since allow install-
ation via sysinst to succeed on an FPU-less system (Tested on PB160).

Also for fpu-less systems (Tested on PB 160 and PB520c/540c) there is a new
mac68ksf port for FPU-less systems.
