NetBSD and Solaris can coexist on the same disk without any problems.
However, if the disklabel is modified by NetBSD's disklabel(8), it
becomes unreadable from Solaris.
>How-To-Repeat:
1. Install Solaris.
2. Modify the disklabel with NetBSD's disklabel(8).
3. Observe that Solaris will no longer boot.

Workaround: Don't modify the disklabel in NetBSD :)
