support live removal and insertion of media. Unfortunately, NetBSD
doesn't seem to notice disk changes.

Attach a USB card reader. Then, after it's attached, insert a card.
Note that the disk doesn't get reprobed.

I'm not sure; I assume the device should be notifying us in some way,
but perhaps we're expected to probe it. I don't really know, I just
want this on the record. :)

Does it fake a scsibus ?
If so, a scsictl probe can probably solve it.

Indeed it can! So, should I be doing this manually, or should the OS be
magically aware of USB devices.
