State-Changed-Why:
This doesn't seem to happen with the current racoon. Can you confirm?

It's still happening at least on my 1.6 sources. My racoon has grown to 9
Mb running since the 21st of Feb. Here's the ident output from my racoon:

 /usr/sbin/racoon:
      $NetBSD: crt0.c,v 1.12 2001/12/30 23:23:38 thorpej Exp $
      $NetBSD: skeleton.c,v 1.23 2002/01/31 21:01:15 tv Exp $
      $NetBSD: print-isakmp.c,v 1.3 2002/02/18 09:37:07 itojun Exp $

This is netbsd-1-6, I couldn't get the -current version of racoon to
compile last I checked. Should I try again?

I'm still seeing this bug, the same racoon process I mentioned in my last
email started on 21Feb04 has grown to 13196kb. Let me know if you need
more info, otherwise, could you move this out of feedback please? I keep
getting "GNATS reminder" emails about the PR still in feedback, when my
feedback is "yes, still see the problem"

State-Changed-Why:
Christos believes he recently fixed the bug: https://v4.freshbsd.org/commit/netbsd/src/DNhkaWe90z1ZORPA
Feedback if you are still having leak issues (or any other bug) is welcome, but I am not going to ask you to provide it on a 15 year old bug.
Thanks for the report, sorry it took long.
