The scn driver can not set ttys on the same duart to speeds not in
the same baud rate class for the chip. There is a software way to
allow any standard baud rate on both lines at the same time.

stty 19200 < /dev/tty00
stty 38400 < /dev/tty01
and one of tty00 or tty01 will not be at the requested baud rate.
