Architecture: i386
Machine: i386
>Description:
When not using MII, the xi driver does not report media status correctly.
It always reports "none".  E.g.:

xi0: flags=8963<UP,BROADCAST,NOTRAILERS,RUNNING,PROMISC,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> mtu 1500
        address: 00:80:c7:4f:33:c3
        media: Ethernet autoselect (none)
        inet 10.1.0.240 netmask 0xffff0000 broadcast 10.1.255.255
        inet6 fe80::280:c7ff:fe4f:33c3%xi0 prefixlen 64 scopeid 0x4

The device in question is:

xi0 at pcmcia0 function 0: <Xircom, CreditCard 10Base-T, PS-CE2-102.10>
xi0: Ethernet address 00:80:c7:4f:33:c3

The interface otherwise works. I'm passing traffic over it.

>How-To-Repeat:
>Fix:
I'm not sure how to get the media status on this device. If I did, I
probably wouldn't be filing a PR.
