When I run

make USE_SASL2=YES

in pkgsrc/mail/sendmail I get the following errors:

 For the Synopsis field, please read:

 _Cannot_ build Sendmail with SASL2


 Also, I did install SASL2.
 Here are the installed packages:

 digest-20021220     Message digest wrapper utility
 libtool-base-1.5.10nb9 Generic shared library support script (the script itself)
 gmake-3.80nb4       GNU version of 'make' utility
 cyrus-sasl-2.1.20   Simple Authentication and Security Layer
 cy2-ntlm-2.1.20     Cyrus SASL NTLM authentication plugin
 cy2-login-2.1.20    Cyrus SASL LOGIN authentication plugin
 m4-1.4.2            GNU version of UNIX m4 macro language processor

 Hi,

  From you error messages I'm assuming it's sendmail 8.13.3 you are 
 trying to build ?

 If it is could you please try adding the folllowing to your /etc/mk.conf
 PKG_OPTIONS.sendmail+= sasl2 and then attempt a rebuild of the package.

 The mail/sendmail package (8.13.3) only supports the new options.mk 
 frame work not the old USE_SASL2 statements.
