the SPIM pkgsrc package retrieves the wrong version from the creator's download site, and therefore fails checksum after fetch, and extracts to the wrong directory:

the problem seems to be that there is just one 'spim.tar.gz' on the creator's download site, and apparently he/she has replaced the original archive with version 7.1 (instead of 6.5)

 Update spim to 7.1.

 Changes since 6.5 includes
 * Upgraded simulator to MIPS32, Version 1 architecture (except details of
   FPU and memory).
 * Exceptions and interrupts reimplemented, to make them closer to the
   actual hardware.
 * Memory mapped IO console reimplemented to make it work properly.
 * Implemented timer in CPU.
 * Improved implementation of delayed load instructions.
 as well as many minor changes.

 Fixes PR pkg/30227 reported from Michai Ramakers.
