 This seems to be happening on every page... Also, the pages aren't valid
 even if you try to use every XML DOCTYPE, this is not very good.

 The roots of this problem are the same as in misc/32221:

   - invalid source XML documents;
   - non HTML 4 compliant output generated by DocBook/Website.

 deleted during XSLT processing (HTML disallows <input>foo</input>
 constructions). There are almost no visible changes in HTML output.
