>Description:
On my system, I got a PS/2 keyboard but I don't have a PS/2
mouse (I use USB for this)... when trying to start Xwindow
the keyboard wasn't working, after killing it the kernel
reported it was trying to reset the pckbport, and its state
is pckbreset (iirc).
The keyboard won't work anymore, needing a reboot.
The problem ocurrs when using a GENERIC kernel or any kernel
with pms* at pckbc?.
>How-To-Repeat:
>Fix:
As a temporary workaround remove the pms(4) driver from the
kernel and use only ums(4).

State-Changed-When: Wed, 28 Nov 2018 06:34:04 +0000
State-Changed-Why:
I've done this exact use case (PS/2 keyboard, USB mouse) and it works nowadays. Not putting a 2005 bug in feedback when it's so likely to be fixed.
