 this fix is incorrect; pkgsrc does not support GNU binutils on
 Solaris. it should be made to work with the Solaris-supplied tools.

Is this problem still there for you?  Latest package builds for me on
Solaris10 i386 for sunpro and gcc3 both 32 and 64bit.

 That's fine, latest package, nspr-4.6.1nb1, build for me.
