Hi
It looks like the port-cobalt maintainer is not available anymore.
There are people complaining on the port-cobalt mailing list.
Also there are some active people on the mailing list who are
willing ans able to take over the job if needed.

I have. He is certainly reachable but he appears to not be in a
position to maintain the port. I have asked him to ask on developers
for another volunteer. In the meantime I am waiting for some
patches to make some of the simpler changes.
