System: NetBSD hudson.machshav.com 3.1_STABLE NetBSD 3.1_STABLE (GENERIC.MPACPI) #0: Wed Dec 27 07:01:36 EST 2006 smb@machshav.com:/usr/BUILD/obj/sys/arch/i386/compile/GENERIC.MPACPI i386
Architecture: i386
Machine: i386
>Description:
There is no man page for igphy, on anything up to and including
-current. This isn't particularly critical, since I don't think
most people glean much useful information from phy man pages,
but since I have been looking at them lately (and was bitten
by the absence of a particular phy because of poor documentation)
	I figured I'd mention it...

I encounted igphy on an Intel PRO 1000 GT Gigabit Ethernet
	card:

	wm0 at pci0 dev 9 function 0: Intel i82541PI 1000BASE-T Ethernet, rev. 5
	wm0: interrupting at irq 10
	wm0: 32-bit 33MHz PCI bus
wm0: 64 word (6 address bits) MicroWire EEPROM
	wm0: Ethernet address 00:0e:0c:c4:b8:a3
	igphy0 at wm0 phy 1: Intel IGP01E1000 Gigabit PHY, rev. 0

>How-To-Repeat:
	man 4 igphy
>Fix:
Write one... (I'd do it myself, except that I don't know
what chips or cards it applies to.)
