azalia(4) driver drops into ddb during kernel boot-up if it is configured
with XEN3_DOM0 (NetBSD 4.0 Beta2, updated to cvs netbsd4 branch as of
Mar 4, 2006).
Hardware is AMD Athlon 64 X2 on an ASUS M2NPV-VM motherboard.
Since my system is not set up for kernel debugging, I had to scribe part of
backtrace on paper.  Hope this helps.

 The problem occured in the following code in x86/x86/bus_dma.c
 _bus_dmamem_map():
                                 pte = kvtopte(va);
                                 if ((*pte & PG_N) == 0) {
                                         *pte |= PG_N;
 Reading *pte succeeded, and then writing *pte caused the trap.
 I'm not sure the reason.  Is there any Xen-specific issue in PTE processing?

 Recent merge of bouyer-xeni386 to HEAD (i386/include/pmap.h and such)
 solved this problem in -current.  Although the problem remains in 4.0
 branch, as far as I am concerned this PR may be closed.  Thank you.
