	NetBSD 3.0 branch has older version of bind, requiring additional
	file updates in  /usr/src/dist/bind  and /usr/src/usr.sbin/bind .
	The patch as outlined in Security Advisory 2007-003 fails due to
	various functions and variables not being defined during the
	build process.
>How-To-Repeat:
	Install netbsd-3-0 and try to apply Security Advisory 2007-003
>Fix:
	Simply updating all of /usr/src/dist/bind and /usr/src/usr.sbin/bind
	allows bind to build correctly.  Partially updating these trees
	and rebuilding bind is no doubt possible, though which specific
	files are not currently known by this submitter.
