 How about /usr/pkg/libexec/ssh-rand-helper ? It should also exist.

 Whether ssh-rand-helper is installed or not,
 it depend on whether random seed is sufficent or not
 on configure stage (cheked with RAND_status() of OpenSSL's function).
 Dpend on machine's status.

 Yes it exists. I found this error on bulk-build without /dev/urandom,
 so that's state only when urandom is not exist.

It was a real problem at the time, but now it's unlikely to see linux without /dev/urandom, and I would be surprised if this use case is supported by openssh now -- a brief look suggests it is not.

 Someone eventually added a separate PLIST for this case, but it is
 no longer relevant (so I've removed it). it'll use openssl instead.
