State-Changed-Why:
This seems to describe part of what the patch in PR 39034 fixes. Does
that patch make this work for you?

State-Changed-Why:
Problem still exists.

(No feedback is what usually happens when a problem is fixed, because people
don't get around to responding. It is a valid principle. And also, sometimes
it seems to take closing a PR to get a response. :-p )

State-Changed-Why:
Close this PR. NDIS was retired, and has apparently never worked.
