Which will make the normal kernel output during boot time or the dmesg
output not so easy to read if you only see numbers and not names in it.
Especially for hardware which has no driver.

This issue may have already been resolved by the
commenting of "options PCIVERBOSE" in the x86 ports'

Following precedent in the i386 GENERIC kernel and in similar amd64
kernels, comment a few *VERBOSE options that have questionable value.
In follow up to PR 38579 and PR 38581.
To generate a diff of this commit:
