Please try devel/libsigsegv instead.

1. I wrote previously that devel/libsigsegv is useless, since
nothing could use it except lang/clisp. But even CLISP CVS HEAD
doesn't work with libsigsegv 2.6, even upcoming release isn't
going to be compatible.
2. devel/libsigsegv exhibits the same behaviour, this is
reported upstream.

This PR is three years old.
There's no devel/libsigsegvXX packages, only devel/libsigsegv.
That package still builds fine on DragonFly 2.10 and 2.13.
I ran a self-test on it, and it passes 4 of the 5 tests.
The last test, stackoverflow2, fails:
Segmentation violation misdetected as stack overflow.
So the situation has improved a lot, but it's not passing all the
self-tests yet.
