HP BL680c, with 4 E7450 hex-core processors (24 cores), 64GB RAM.
>Description:
While attempting to test NetBSD on a High End blade server, I found that it's unable to boot with SMP enabled.

It boots under two configurations:
1: SMP disabled in the bios
2: SMP & ACPI disabled in boot(8)

below is the dmesg from the system when it hangs (note that MP_VERBOSE and ACPI_MADT_DEBUG are enabled)

 I figured out the key stroke, it's:
 ctrl-alt-B (from Putty)

 Sadly a bt isn't helpful as it reveals little due to a lack of symbols on
 the boot CDs.

 However ps/l shows a list of lwps:

 My guess is that hardclock_ticks should be increasing, but it's static at
 0, which suggests that the clock interrupt isn't occurring or routed
 correctly.
