>Description:
Just recently tried to netboot a 4.0/sparc64 on a Tatung with a SUN SPARCengine UltraAX-MP+ system board, and it consistently crashes on boot. Another thing I'll mention this same server runs Solaris 8 and FreeBSD 7.1-STABLE without problems. Solaris 8 was installed about 8 years ago on the built in drive, and FreeBSD 7.1 was recently installed by netbooting (which is also what I was trying with NetBSD) Here's a copy of the boot log, starting with the OBP banner:
UltraAX-MP+ WorkServer (2 X UltraSPARC-II 448MHz), No Keyboard

Please try some more recent release (4.0.1) or (even better) the 5.0 release
candidate 2.
Thanks,
Martin
