I previously send this PR to bugs mail list, but I'm sending again for tracking and better description. Sorry for the noise.

In the chgrp.1 man page, .Ar's "files ..." argument must be removed. The word used in the text is "file", not "files".

In the cut.1, "List" should be "list", just like it is displayed in the SYNOPSIS. Provided patch also strips unnecessary blank space.
