>Description:
net/isic fails to compile in a NetBSD4.0 (at least) environment.

>How-To-Repeat:
I use pkg_comp with libkver and NetBSD 4.0 sets (except x*)
installed to get a reasonably pure 4.0 release environment.

There, attempting to build net/isci results in ...

State-Changed-Why:
From the -Du_int16_t=unsigned\ short I'd judge that the configure test
for u_int16_t (and similar) produced the wrong answer. If you still see
this (it works for me on 7.99), can you check config.log? Otherwise, let's
assume it's just something broken on -4 and close the PR.

It builds for me on 7_BETA too, so ...

 fine by me.
