>Description:
booting with ACPI enabled: http://gendalia.public.iastate.edu/blackhole-5.0.1-mpt.txt
booting with no ACPI: http://gendalia.public.iastate.edu/blackhole-5.0.1-mpt-no-acpi.txt
The upgrade with the installation CD was straightforward, with no need to disable ACPI.

I see the same with a Dell 1850 (which is similar hardware and probably the
same BIOS). Internal devices works fine with ACPI, but interrupt routing
doesn't work for the add-on PCI slot.

Switch state to analyzed.

The noted patch can not be applied due severe regressions caused for other
systems. The issue will be likely resolved only after the x86 MP interrupt
routing has been rewritten.
