IT8888 PCI to ISA bridge chip is not recognized or configured by NetBSD
kernel. usually control of this part is handled by BIOS, but there are
a few implementations which offer poor control over the part's port
mapping and interrupt handling parameters. the driver config round may
be able to make more intelligent use of this part if the knobs were
available.
vendor 0x1283 product 0x8888 (miscellaneous bridge, revision 0x03) at pci0 dev 13 function 0 not configured
the part seems to be common on single-board computers with ISA (PC/104)
bus. technically it could show up on any NetBSD port with a PCI
bus, but I have only seen it on i386 so far.

boot kernel, note unsupported device. add ISA (PC/104) card with a
peripheral at non-standard I/O address and wonder why it's not being
correctly mapped into PCI space.
