Booting a -current installer on a framebuffer console will fail to start
sysinst because the needed terminal descriptions (sun and sun-type4) are
not available.

Serial console installs (with vt100 or similar) work fine.

Fixed in multiple ways: console now uses wsvt25 (which is available as a builtin
terminal type), and also full terminfo is provided in install media.
