>Description:
When ctfconvert runs on .pico files without a -g option to preserve debug info,
the resulting .pico file appears to be damaged and missing information needed
for the build.

E.g.
BFD: aes_misc.pico: invalid SHT_GROUP entry
BFD: aes_misc.pico: no group info for section .text.__i686.get_pc_thunk.cx
BFD: aes_misc.pico: unknown [0] section `' in group [__i686.get_pc_thunk.cx]
/home/darran/folsom-build/nbtools/bin/i386--netbsdelf-nm: aes_misc.pico: File
format not recognized

For now ctfconvert is not part o the .pico rules from share/mk/bsd.lib.mk. This
problem will need to be addressed when user-space support is added to DTrace.
