qemu -s and "target remote localhost:1234" no longer works with
qemu 0.12.3+nb2 Reverting to qemu-0.11.0 fixes the problem.
(I didn't pinpoint the exact version of breakage, but if mathematics
is to be believed, it broke somewhere between the points).
