	but recently? Apple pruned the FTP site.

	The current valid URL will be

	http://download.info.apple.com/Apple_Support_Area/Apple_Software_Updates/English-North_American/Macintosh/System/Mac_OS_X/System_Disk_Utility.smi.bin

	which is the newer System Disk Utility, version 2.6.2.
	Submitter confirmed that it did run on PowerMac 8500/MacOS 9.1 .

	(Apple could discontinue the site any time; how should we prepare for that?)
