>Description:
I have just installed NetBSD 5.1 on eeepc it took only a few minutes to install.

I thought 5.1 would detect the Ethernet BUT it did not.

vendor 0x168c product 0x002c (miscellaneous network, revision 0x01) at pci2 dev 0 function 0 not configured
vendor 0x1969 product 0x1062 (ethernet network, revision 0xc0) at pci3 dev 0 function 0 not configured

Am I doing something wrong OR ethernet does not work with 5.1 ?

ASUSTek Computer INC. 1001PX (x.x) is the EeePC test bed.

Responsible-Changed-Why:
pci devices are not i386-only => category is "kern"

neither of those devices is in current's pcidevs, FWIW.

 it does not work.

I've written (an openbsd patched) a driver for my eeepc
1200. Now ethernet works but I'm fixing it (dhcp doesn't work etc...)
 and then I'll post it.

Also wireless doesn't works. I'm working on this too.

 bye
