Code and cvs log inspections.

Assign proper proofreaders, or remove unmaintained translations

IMO, translations of these msg files are a bit annoying on adding
new features/messages unless we have proper maintainers of each language.

We should always add the english version to all translation files and
also agree on a special, easily greppable comment marking untranslated
additions.

Actually I would not mind if the installer was english only, since the =
OS it installs is
mostly english only as well. Just a thought.

I personally wouldn't mind, although I would suggest to keep using
string localization (if only with an English entry at first at least
for the sysinst rewrite), so that afterwards it's possible for people
to add support for other languages they care about without needing to
fix the source?

Yes, provisions for multilingual support are there, even in the new code =
I am
working on.
