 "SGI Free Software License B" is not approved by OSI.

 GNU mentions that version 2.0 is a free software license:
   http://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.en.html#SGIFreeB

 Then, at least, this license should be specified with its version,
 and it must be decided whether it is one of the default acceptable license or not.

 Temporary, you can put the license file somewhere and specify it as LICENSE_FILE
 in pkg's Makefile.

 Agreed. The packages i'm using need version 2.0 of this license.

 Certainly. However, i would rather this be decided sooner rather than later
 (perhaps before the next stable release of pkgsrc), as it seems a trivial
 decision/file addition to licenses/ and would negate the file addition/removal.
