State-Changed-Why:
a fix was committed (and the notice didn't make it to gnats) - does it work
now?

State-Changed-When: Sun, 09 Sep 2012 17:32:08 +0000
State-Changed-Why:
well, I guess that's a start.

(I was seeing this too the other day when I updated one of my machines, but
I had to just revert the changes that caused it, as it's expensive to update)

State-Changed-From-To: open->closed
State-Changed-By: tls@NetBSD.org
State-Changed-When: Mon, 10 Sep 2012 02:32:03 +0000
State-Changed-Why:
Fixed. Any cprng keyed early (before there was even enough entropy
available for the pool code to consider itself started-up) now gets
rekeyed just once on the next request after startup entropy is available.
