	It would be nice if pkg_comp had a simple mechanism to enable builds
	with ccache.  The key point here is to store the cache *outside* of
	the chroot so that it survives rebuilds of the compilation environment.

	The goal of this change is to make frequent "pkg_comp auto" calls
	faster, particularly on older platforms.
