 Nevermind the bit about tmpdir. The LICENSE and LOCALBASE bits are still
 relevant, however.

Resolved with last two commits to this package. --enable-tmpdir sets the programme's TMPDIR not the temporary directory during build.

 Use PREFIX instead of LOCALBASE. Commented patches/patch-aa and regenerated
