on a Digital PC 3000 interrupt mapping fails for a uhci device:

uhci0 at pci0 dev 7 function 2: vendor 0x8086 product 0x7112 (rev.0x01)
pci_intr_map: no mapping for pin D (line=ff)
uhci0: couldn't map interrupt

resulting in `shutdown -h now' causing the system to drop into db{} and rebooting:

Martin Husemann is going to fix the rebooting but asked me to file a PR about the interrupt mapping.
