	The kernel debugger has some option and sysctl-variables to control
	the behaviour, e.g. ddb.onpanic or DDB_ONPANIC.
	Accedently the description for DDB_FROMCONSOLE (or ddb.fromconsole)
	is missing in the man pages.

	Try to find any information about DDB_FROMCONSOLE kernel option in
	the man pages. At least I haven't found anything.
	The kernel variable is listed in sysctl man-page, but without any
	additional information what it is for.

	Add a short description to ddb manual to describe DDB_FROMCONSOLE
	kernel option and/or ddb.fromconsole sysctl-variable..
