Code / man inspection :)

Try to fix the problem myself, but my pthread internal understanding is not good enough.
First try is on
http://homepages.laas.fr/adegroot/0001-Add-support-for-pthread_mutex_timedlock.patch
but christos tells me it is incorrect (if I understand properly, one can only remove a waiter only if it is in the head of the ptm_waiters, please correct me if wrong).
Additional patches (man pages update + tests update)
http://homepages.laas.fr/adegroot/0002-Add-man-page-for-pthread_mutex_timedlock.patch
http://homepages.laas.fr/adegroot/0003-Add-some-tests-for-pthread_mutex_timedlock.patch
