 I don't see this in a sandbox.

 Do you have libiconv installed?
 Does it work if you pkg_delete it?

 I didn't see it not in a sandbox, either, although on a somewhat older
 -current.

 The problem appears to be that setting the build to static in mk.conf
 doesn't work.
