This is obviously a super-critical problem that must be fixed
immediately.
More interestingly, for some reason I don't understand this does not
cause spell(1) to fail. But then, spell(1) is pretty dodgy. All hail
the overfrog.

It appears that's there because it used to be a genus name, which has
apparently since been subdivided.
Wikipedia shows enough things named Cactus to leave it, though, so
I'll just add a lowercase version.
(software using the file should not be implicitly lowercasing words,
so both should be present when appropriate)
