Qemu configured for 4 CPUs and 2GB of RAM.

Build tools on Alpha under Qemu.  Here is the exact command I used:

./ -j2 -D /nbsd/destdir/alpha -m alpha -O /nbsd/objdir/alpha -R /nbsd/releasedir/alpha -T /nbsd/tools -U -N 1 -V MAKECONF=/nbsd/src/mk.conf -w /nbsd/tools/bin/nbmake-alpha tools
